  • Preparing financial statements, Financial Reports and Financial forecasts
  • Ensuring that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Preparing sales forecasting and other organizational reports
  • Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Must be conversant with all accounting functions management as well as audit compliance

Required skill set:
  • BCom/MCom (inter CA/CPA/CMA preferable) with 12+ years of similar domain experience. Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience as a people manager.
  • Should have a good exposure to Excel Programming, Google Sheets
  • Should be proficient in MS Excel
  • Should be well versed with accounting software Tally
  • Must have good analytical skills

  • Handling sales through distributors to MT retail accounts like Big Bazaar, D-Mart, Reliance fresh, Star Bazaar, and online platforms etc.
  • Liosining with the purchase managers
  • Negotiation and generation of purchase orders from local/national buying managers. Servicing of orders in coordination with supply chain for Stocks.
  • Ensuring 100% fill rates to all modern trade accounts by managing stocks at the plant and right forecasting.
  • Managing listing in local key accounts, running of monthly promotions in all accounts as per directions
  • Reconciliation of local sales promotions budgets/ Invoices with coordination from Accounts and Finance team.

  • To look after the planning and implementation of maintenance activities of the all the equipment to ensure a good production and minimum down time
